Having just posted a few links about products that I regulary use, like or enjoy, I thought it may be pertinent to mention that from time to time I may add a referral code if it gains me some small benefit. I wanted to put this right out there in the open so nobody could accuse me of trying to cash in on this site or of being underhanded, but also because it is the sort of thing I would appreciate knowing when I visited a website.

Although I haven't sifted through the archives of the site in great detail, any referral links I post from around the time this article is published onwards will be followed by a dagger, (†), to ensure you are aware that they exist. The only exceptions to this rule are the reviews, (which nearly always contain Amazon Associate links to the UK store).

In case you are wondering, I chose the dagger because, (a) it still leaves me room to refer to footnotes using asterisks/numbers and (b) I am a typographical nerd.
