BRITs 2009
After the massive success of the 2008 website, Outside Line were asked how they could improve the BRITs website further. I helped deliver the same stable content-management and voting systems, incorporated a fresh new design and added integration with third-party services such as Twitter.

Lactofree
Outside Line wanted to improve on the successful 2008 campaign for Lactofree by increasing the community feel and involvement in the new website. I designed and developed the tools that allow users to interact with the site, and other third party software tools, all in a seamless fashion under the Lactofree banner.

My Own Art Collection
The Arts Council of England asked Outside Line to produce an interactive competition site allowing users to build their own rooms incorporating popular artwork. The site needed to be accessible to Flash and non-Flash users alike. I was responsible for developing the site and ensuring progressive enhancement was used to give visitors the most enjoyable experience available to them.

The Priests
Song BMG asked Outside Line to provide a website that would appeal to The Priests fan base in nearly twenty countries around the world. I designed and built the software that allows the band to keep their global audience up-to-date with news, images, music and video.

Irn-Bru asked Outside Line to plan, design and build a modern community-driven website focusing on the Scottish music scene. I provided the server-side applications that allowed us to generate this community, and the front-end development skills to allow us to build the designs that the client required.

Classical BRITs 2008

After the success of the BRITs 2008 project, Outside Line were tasked with producing a new website for the awards show’s sister site, carrying over the design, functionality and technological skill used for the BRITs 2008 website.

BRITs 2008
Offline
Outside Line were asked to provide an online platform for the BRITs 2008. I designed, built and deployed the systems that allowed the BRITs to provide up-to-date news to the world’s press and fans, and created a platform to allow users to vote for three of the awards categories. Which they did, in their thousands.
